1. Language Preference
The preferred language for the poster and presentation is English.
2. Materials Provided
Each contestant will be provided with an A3-size sheet for creating their poster.
3. On-Spot Creation
Participants must prepare their posters on the spot within the allotted time.
4. Originality
Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
5. Theme Representation
The assigned theme must be clearly reflected and communicated through the poster.
6. Presentation
Participants are required to present and explain their posters to the judges.
7. Judging
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
