CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Finality of Registration
   Upon successful confirmation of registration for any event, such registration shall be deemed final, binding, and non-cancellable.

2. No Refunds or Credits
   Under no circumstances shall any refund, credit, adjustment, or compensation be issued in respect of cancellations initiated by the participant, non-attendance, failure to participate, or any other inability of the participant to attend the event after confirmation of registration.

3. Postponement or Cancellation by Organizers
   In the event that the organizers, at their sole discretion, elect to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances or otherwise, registered participants shall be duly notified. The organizers may, at their discretion, provide information regarding rescheduling, substitution, or alternative arrangements. Nothing herein shall be construed as creating an obligation to issue monetary refunds unless expressly determined by the organizers.

4. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
   By accessing, browsing, or using the website and/or registering for any event, the participant expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
