1. Duration
The short film must be within the prescribed time limit of 8–20 minutes.
2. Language
Films may be produced in any language but must include English subtitles.
3. Submission Format
Accepted formats: MP4 or MOV.
4. Video Quality
Minimum resolution must be 1920 × 1080 (Full HD).
5. Aspect Ratio
Films must follow a 16:9 aspect ratio.
6. Audio Quality
Dialogue levels should be clear, with minimal distortion and background noise.
7. Submission Details
Entries must include basic technical information: title, duration, crew details, and synopsis.
8. Originality
All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism.
9. Copyright Compliance
Use of copyrighted material without proper permission is strictly prohibited.
