Poetry Competition
Kaavyanjali is a multilingual inter-college poetry competition where students perform their original poems on stage. Entries will undergo a preliminary screening, and selected participants will be chosen by faculty members for the final stage performance.

RULES AND REGULATION
Rules and regulations are subject to change.
1. Participation
Only one participant is allowed from each college.
2. Performance Limit
Each participant will perform/read one poem with a maximum time limit of 3 minutes on the final day.
3. Content Guidelines
Poems must not contain racism, caste or gender slurs, abusive/offensive language, or political insinuationls.
4. Originality
All poems must be original and strictly free from AI-generated content.
5. Translation Disclosure
If a participant presents a translated version of their own poem, the original poem title and language must be mentioned.
6. Language Requirement
Poems in regional or foreign languages must include a brief English translation/summary for evaluation purposes.
7. Music & Props
Use of background music or props (if permitted) must be informed to the organizers in advance.
8. Judges’ Decision
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
9. Re-evaluation Policy
No requests for re-evaluation will be entertained.
10. Authenticity Verification
The organizing committee reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submissions.
