1. Prop Inspection

All props, weapons, and accessories must be inspected and safety-tagged at the Cosplay Desk before stage entry. Unapproved items are not allowed.

2. Character & Originality

Costumes must represent a specific character from anime, movies, games, comics, mythology, or literature (character name must be mentioned). Handmade or customized costumes will receive additional consideration.

3. Reporting Time

Participants must arrive on time. Late entries may be disqualified.

4. Content Guidelines

Costumes or performances promoting hate, explicit content, or disrespect toward any culture, religion, or community are strictly prohibited. Participants must be able to move safely on stage without assistance.

5. Performance Time

Participants must perform within the allotted 1–3 minutes time limit.

6. Safety Regulations

Only safe materials are allowed. Sharp objects, real weapons, fire, liquids, or hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

7. Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own costumes, props, and personal belongings.

8. Performance Decorum

Inappropriate gestures, offensive language, or risky stunts are not permitted.

9. Audio Submission

Background music must be submitted before the deadline in approved formats: .mp3, .m4a, or .wav.

10. Respect & Fair Play

Copying others’ concepts or disruptive behavior toward participants or organizers will result in disqualification.

Specific Instructions

• Maintain proper stage discipline and follow host instructions while entering and exiting the stage.

• Judges’ decisions and organizer rulings will be final and binding, and winners will be decided through voting.
