The Cold Atelier is a fast-paced culinary challenge that tests participants’ creativity, presentation skills, and hygiene practices within a limited time frame. Using only pre-cooked ingredients and without the use of fire, contestants craft innovative dishes aligned with their assigned themes. The event celebrates smart cooking, cleanliness, and artistic food presentation, encouraging participants to showcase flavor, imagination, and professionalism under pressure.

RULES AND REGULATION

Rules and regulations are subject to change.

1. Time Limit

The total duration of the competition is 45 minutes.


2. Safety Guidelines

Use of fire is strictly prohibited during the competition.


3. Ingredients

Only boiled or pre-cooked ingredients may be brought from home.


4. Cleanliness

Participants must keep their work counters clean and ensure proper cleanup after completion.


5. Theme Compliance

All dishes must be prepared according to the assigned theme.


6. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain proper decorum in the working area at all times.


7. Judging Criteria

Dishes will be evaluated based on:

  • Innovation

  • Presentation

  • Hygiene standards

8. Utensils & Materials

Only spoons and forks will be provided by the organizers. Participants must bring any additional utensils or materials required.


9. Decision Authority

The judges’ decision will be final and binding.


10. Mandatory Hygiene Requirements

Wearing a clean apron, gloves, and hair covering (cap/hairnet) is compulsory.
