RULES AND REGULATION
Rules and regulations are subject to change.
1. Original Dish Requirement
Participants must create a completely unique dish.
2. No Heat Source Policy
The use of gas, induction, stove, oven, microwave, or any other heat source is strictly prohibited. Participants must bring their own ingredients and tools.
3. Presentation
Presentation is an important judging criterion. Participants are encouraged to present their dishes in an attractive and creative manner.
4. Time Limit
Participants will be given 90 minutes in total for preparation and presentation.
5. Hygiene Standards
Participants must maintain excellent personal hygiene and keep their workstation clean at all times.
6. Dish Explanation
Each participant/team must give a 1–2 minute verbal description of their dish to the judges.
7. Facilities Provided
The department will provide basic amenities including a chopping board, work area, quarter plate, basic cutlery, and a table for presentation.
8. Dress Code & Sanitation
Participants must bring their own aprons and chef hats and are required to wear gloves to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene.
