Event Type: Group/Team | Minimum Participants: 2 | Maximum Participants: 2 | Registration Fees: Rs. 100/- | Date of Event: 7th March, 2025


  • Team Composition: Participants can compete individually or in teams  (usually 2-4 members per team). Teams must work collaboratively on the  project throughout the competition.  

  • Design Requirements: The website must meet the design and functional  requirements specified by the organizers (e.g., specific features,  content, or themes). Participants must adhere to the provided  guidelines.  Technology Stack: Designers are allowed to use any web development  tools, frameworks, or libraries (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap,  etc.) as long as the website is fully functional. No proprietary or  third-party templates can be used unless permitted by the event  organizers.  

  • Original Work: The website design and all related content must be original. Use of pre-built templates or plagiarized content will lead to  disqualification.  

  • Responsive Design: The website must be mobile-friendly and responsive,  meaning it should look and function well on a variety of devices (e.g.,  desktops, tablets, smartphones).  

  • Functionality: Websites must be fully functional with no broken links or  errors. Basic features like navigation, forms, and interactive elements  should work as intended.  Submission Format: Participants must submit all project files (HTML,  CSS, JavaScript, etc.) along with any necessary documentation, including  a project summary or code explanation. Submission methods (e.g., via  GitHub, a zip file) will be specified by the organizers.  

  • Time Limit: The competition will have a set duration. All websites must  be completed and submitted by the specified deadline. No late  submissions will be accepted. 

  • Presentation: At the end of the competition, participants will present  their website to the judges. Presentations should cover the design  process, user experience choices, and key features.  

  • Ethical Content: All content (images, text, videos, etc.) must adhere to  ethical guidelines and cannot include offensive, inappropriate, or  copyrighted material without permission.  

  • Judging Criteria: Websites will be judged based on creativity,  functionality, user experience, design aesthetics, and adherence to the  brief. A panel of judges will evaluate based on the provided criteria.  

  • Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct  throughout the competition. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or  disruptive behavior will result in disqualification.
