Event Type: Group/Team | Minimum Participants: 3 | Maximum Participants: 3 | Registration Fees: Rs. 150/- | Date of Event: 5th March, 2025


  • Team Composition: Teams must consist of a specified number of members  (e.g., 2-5 people). Participants may enter as individuals or form teams  before the event. Teamwork and collaboration are key.  

  • Project Scope: The project must address a problem or challenge defined  by the event organizers. Participants should ensure that their solutions  are relevant, practical, and feasible within the event's timeframe.  

  • Technology Stack: Teams can use any programming language, framework, or  tools of their choice, but they must ensure compatibility with the  event's technical guidelines. If specific technologies are required  (e.g., APIs or platforms), they will be outlined in the event details.  

  • Time Limit: The ideathon will have a set duration (e.g., 24-48 hours).  All projects must be completed and submitted by the specified deadline.  No extensions will be granted unless explicitly stated by the  organizers.  Original Work: All ideas and projects must be original. Plagiarism or  using pre-existing solutions without permission will result in  disqualification. Projects should not have been previously developed or  submitted to other competitions.  

  • Presentation: Teams will need to present their solution to a panel of  judges at the end of the event. Presentations should highlight the  problem, solution, technology used, and potential impact of the project.  Code and Documentation: All code and relevant project files (e.g.,  documentation, databases) must be submitted on time. Teams should  provide clear documentation to help judges understand the project’s  functionality and design.  

  • Ethical Considerations: Solutions must adhere to ethical standards,  avoiding harmful or illegal content. Projects should not promote hate  speech, discrimination, or violate any laws.  

  • Judging Criteria: Projects will be judged based on criteria such as  innovation, technical complexity, usability, impact, and presentation.  The exact judging criteria will be provided before the event.  

  • Conduct: Participants are expected to behave professionally and  respectfully throughout the event. Any form of harassment, cheating, or  unethical behavior will result in disqualification.
