1. Participation Format
The competition is strictly individual.
2. Entry Policy
Entries are limited and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
3. Judging Criteria
Participants will be judged based on content, fluency, spontaneity, presentation, and sense of humour.
4. Content Guidelines
Participants must not target or make remarks against any individual, community, or religion. Dual-meaning, obscene, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Content
Any form of offensive or inappropriate material is not allowed.
6. Time Limit
The performance time limit is 7 minutes, which must be strictly followed. Negative marking will be applied for exceeding the time limit.
7. Judges’ Decision
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
