Event Type: Group/Team | Minimum Participants: 8 | Maximum Participants: 15 | Registration Fees: Rs. 200/- | Date of Event: 6th March, 2025

RULES:

1. Maximum 1 team per college can participate in the event.  

2. The theme of the event is kept open for the participating team.  

3. The script can be in English, Hindi, or Bengali. 

 4. Each team must consist of maximum 15 members, including the prop  managers. 

5. A total time limit of 20 minutes per team will be allotted for their  presentation. 

6. Prerecorded background is not allowed. the teams can use  unconventional orchestra for their performance.  

7. Props must be brought by the participating college itself. No sort of  liquid, glass, sharp or inflammable objects to be used on stage. 

8. No sort of unparliamentary, derogatory or inappropriate content or  any blasphemy hurting the sentiments of any political party or religion  is allowed during the performance. It may lead to negative marking or  even disqualification.  

9. The time limit must be strictly followed by the participating teams.  

10. The host college takes no responsibility in the loss of any  valuables or props brought by the participating team.  

11. The team will be judged based on content, originality, acting,  clarity, presentation, team coordination & time management. 

12. The judge’s decision will be full and binding.  

13. If all the rules & regulations provided above is not followed,  then the team will face straight away disqualification. 

14. Powder Colours / Abir can be used but the teams have to take responsibility of cleaning the stage.
