2. Short films must be between 3 to 10 minutes in duration, including credits 3. Films can be in any language preferably with English subtitles 

4. Original content only – plagiarism or copyrighted material without permission will lead to disqualification 

5. Films can be shot using any device, including smartphones and professional cameras
